Utilize the Campaigns Dashboard

In Campaigns, the information that is displayed on your dashboard is based on your usage of paid ads for the last 3 months - as you use Campaigns more often you will see more detailed information. Keep in mind that everyone uses Campaigns in their own way, so you might not have the same dashboard as someone else. There are three different dashboards that are determined based on your usage of paid ads: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. 

To get a rundown about the different Campaigns Dashboards, use the resources below:

 

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.

2. Click the Campaigns icon,, on the left side bar.


Beginner Dashboard

The Beginner Dashboard will be displayed if you have not ran any campaigns within the last 3 months.


 Click Connect Accounts and you will be able to connect your social media accounts to Command.

 In this section you will find Quick Posts, whether it be a video or an image, that can be used for Social Posts on your social media. 

 In this section you will find tips and training from KWU about Campaigns.

 

Intermediate Dashboard

The Intermediate Dashboard will be displayed if you have ran at least 1 campaign in the last 3 months.

 
 In this section you will find metrics on your ad(s) performance based on how much you have spent, the amount of leads you captured, etc.

 In this section you will find your Lead to Goal metrics based on your CGI goals.

 Click Manage or Connect More Accounts and you will be able to connect your social media accounts to Command. 

 In this section you will find Quick Posts, whether it be a video or an image, that can be used for Social Posts . 

 In this section you will find tips and training from KWU about Campaigns.

 

Advanced Dashboard

The Advanced Dashboard will be displayed if you have ran at least 4 or more campaigns in the last 3 months.

 

 In this section you will find metrics on your ad(s) performance based on how much you have spent, the amount of leads you captured, etc.

 In this section you will find your Lead to Goal metrics based on your CGI goals.

 Click Manage or Connect More Accounts and you will be able to connect your social media accounts to Command. 

 In this section you will find your top performing Campaigns. You will see which campaign has gathered the most leads, which campaign has the lowest cost per lead, and which campaign is the most engaged. If you see a gold star by a campaign on this screen, that means that particular campaign is performing better than the national average for engagement.
