For Facebook and Instagram ads in Campaigns, if the full budget for the ad is not spent then there will be credits issued to you that will be used on your next ad. In addition to that, you can now also see when a credit has been allocated to a specific Instagram or Facebook ad campaign. This is important in keeping track of how much money is being spent in comparison to how many credits are being allocated to Facebook or Instagram campaigns.
To learn how to track your Facebook and Instagram credits, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Campaigns icon, 
, on the left sidebar.
3. Click Payments at the top right of the page.

4. Click All Campaigns beside either Facebook or Instagram.
5. You can view how the credits have been allocated across each campaign for either Facebook or Instagram. You can also download this report by clicking Download Report if you need it for your records as well.
