When the new Twilio integration launches, your personal Twilio account will be disconnected until you set up your new Twilio account. However, your SmartPlans will continue running until they reach a text step in the SmartPlan.
- If a text is unable to send successfully, a Task will appear in Command indicating which specific contact you need to text and the content of the text. You can then resend any texts manually to the client if needed.
- Automated texts will resume as normal on the SmartPlan once your new Twilio subscription is setup. If you transfer your old number to the new account, it will take 24 hours or so, and if you use a brand new number, it will activate immediately.
