The GAMLS Fee is $20/Month and is billed on your Agent Invoice
All listings and status updates must be entered into the MLS within 48 hours of accepted listing agreement, binding contract or executed amendments.
If a listing needs to be withdrawn, there is a Withdraw Form that MUST be completed on kwgap.com and emailed to us at klrw945@kw.com. We will be able to email the request into GAMLS. Their staff are the only ones able to withdraw the listing.
- There is a $25.00 Withdraw fee that must be brought to the office as soon as possible: Checks are to be made out to Keller Williams Middle Georgia. This can also be added to your agent bill if you are choosing to cover the charge.
