When dealing with issues involving DocuSign Envelopes, DocuSign Support will often require the Envelope ID. This can now easily be found within the Envelope itself:
1. From the Opportunity, access the DocuSign Room that you will be adding the documents to.

2. Go to the Envelopes tab of the Room and select the Envelope.
3. Click on the Envelope ID Link in the Envelope and click to copy the ID.
