Sometimes an agent working in DocuSign may receive an error message stating that they need to update their billing information, that their subscription is about to expire, or that they have no envelopes remaining. This is generally caused by a Free DocuSign account that is associated with their email address.
KW has partnered with DocuSign to provide DocuSign eSign and Rooms access to our agents with no billing and no envelope limits. For this to apply, agents will need to set up a KW Corporate DocuSign account through Command. If an agent already has a KW Corporate account already set up but is still receiving one of these warnings regarding envelopes or billing, then that means there is a Free DocuSign account connected to that agent’s email as well.
If you are seeing one of these messages you can reach out to KW Support and we’ll Escalate it up to DocuSign to have the Free Accounts removed. You can also reach out to DocuSign Support directly and specifically request that they remove any non-kw accounts from your email.
