Assign Users and Applications in KW MarketPlace

In the KW MarketPlace, if you are an Admin of a team or market center you have the ability to assign applications to users and also assign users to applications.

Assign Users to Applications

1. After you have accessed the KW Market Place, select the account option for your team or market center. 

 

 

 

The "Account" option to displayed to the right, is where the MarketPlace Admin will purchase applications, manage applications, manage billing, and assign applications to users or users to applications. If you would like to learn more about the different account options in the MarketPlace, click here. 

 

2. Once you have accessed the correct account option, click Account.

 

3. After you have reached the Account page, click Assign Apps either on the left of the page or top of the page.

 

4. On the next page click on the desired user, click on the desired application, and click Next. 

 

 5. When you have reached this page, click Submit.

 

The application will then be available in the My Apps section within their team member account option in the MarketPlace.

 

Assign Applications to Users

In addition to assigning users to applications, Admins in the MarketPlace may also assign applications to users.

1. After you have accessed the KW MarketPlace, select the account option for your team or market center.

 2. Once you have accessed the correct account option, click Account.

 

3. After you have reached the Account page, click Assign Apps either on the left of the page or top of the page.

 

4. On the next page click the Assign Apps to Users tab. 

 

5. On the next page click on the applications, select the desired users, and click Next. You can also select all users by clicking the checkbox besides User.

 

 

 

If an associate has not logged into the KW MarketPlace before then they will not appear on the user list.  

 

6. When you have reached this page, click Submit.

 

The application will then be available in the My Apps section within their team member account option in the MarketPlace.
